30-Day Free Trial & Strict No-Refund Policy
Pro plans include a 30-day free trial. Once billed, payments are strictly non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Free Starter Plan (Always Free)
Our Free Starter plan is 100% free forever with zero upfront credit card or payment information required.
- You can set up your store, upload products, and run operations without paying a single cent.
- There are no time limits or hidden fees on the Free plan.
- You only upgrade when your business requires higher scale or advanced Pro features.
30-Day Free Trial on Pro Plans
To ensure complete satisfaction before any purchase, all paid Pro subscriptions include a 30-day full-featured free trial:
- You have 30 days to test unlimited products, custom domains, high-speed checkout, and all premium tools.
- If you decide Storofy is not the right fit for your brand, you can cancel anytime within the 30-day window directly from your dashboard.
- If cancelled during the 30-day trial period, your card will never be charged.
Strict No-Refund Policy on Paid Purchases
Because we provide a comprehensive 30-day free trial allowing full evaluation before payment:
All Paid Transactions Are Final
Once a user purchases a paid plan or an automatic renewal is processed after the 30-day trial, fees are strictly non-refundable. Storofy does not provide cash refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for any paid billing cycle.
Easy Subscription Cancellation
You are in full control of your account. You can easily cancel your recurring subscription at any time without having to contact support:
- One-Click Cancellation:Navigate to your Store Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Access Until Plan End: When you cancel a paid plan, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. You maintain full access to all Pro features and your storefront until that paid period concludes.
- No Subsequent Charges: Once your paid period ends, you will never be charged again, and your store will smoothly switch to the Free Starter tier.
Custom Domain Purchases
Domain registrations (e.g. .com, .shop, .store) purchased through third-party registrars or via Storofy domain integrations are processed instantly through global domain registries (ICANN). Due to registry regulations, domain purchases are strictly non-refundable once registered.
Merchant End-Customer Refunds
Storofy provides software infrastructure for your online store. You, as the merchant, determine the return and refund policy for goods sold to your shoppers.
When you issue a refund to your customer from the Storofy dashboard:
- The payment gateway (e.g. Stripe or PayPal) will return the funds to the buyer's card or original method.
- Because Storofy charges 0% transaction fees, Storofy has no fee cut to withhold from your customer refund.
