Affiliate Program Terms

To qualify and register as an active Storofy Affiliate Partner:

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Simple registration: You only need to provide your personal name, valid email address, and chosen payout details (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Binance USDT) — no identity cards, documents, or complex KYC verification required.
• Each individual, creator, agency, or business entity is permitted to maintain exactly one affiliate account. Creating multiple duplicate accounts to manipulate referral tracking is strictly prohibited.
• Storofy reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion to protect brand integrity.

Storofy operates a 100% transparent, recurring revenue-share affiliate model:

• 20% Recurring Commission: You earn 20% of the net subscription payment made by each merchant who signs up using your unique affiliate coupon code.
• 12 Months Duration:Commissions recur on every successful monthly subscription renewal for a full consecutive 12-month period (365 days) from the merchant's initial payment date.
• Supported Subscription Plans: Commissions apply to all paid Storofy plans (Starter and Pro). The Free forever plan generates $0 commission, but if the referred merchant upgrades to Starter or Pro at any time, your 20% recurring commission activates automatically.
• Exclusions: Commissions are calculated strictly on Storofy core subscription plan fees. Custom domain registrations, third-party payment gateway transaction fees (Stripe, Safepay, etc.), or external add-ons are excluded from commission calculations.

Storofy utilizes a robust, deterministic coupon-code tracking architecture rather than fragile browser tracking links:

• Zero Cookie Reliance: Because tracking is tied directly to your unique coupon code entered at store sign-up or checkout, your referrals are never lost to ad blockers, private browsing mode, or iOS Safari cookie wipeouts.
• First-Code Attribution: A referred store is permanently mapped to the affiliate whose valid coupon code was applied when creating the store or selecting a paid subscription.
• Live Dashboard Transparency: You can inspect every referral activation, plan renewal date, and earned commission live 24/7 through your affiliate portal at app.storofy.com/affiliate.

We deliver prompt, flexible partner payouts worldwide through multiple trusted payment rails:

• Payout Schedule: Payouts are reviewed and disbursed on a monthly cadence between the 1st and 5th of each calendar month for all commissions cleared in the preceding cycle.
• Minimum Threshold: The minimum withdrawal threshold is just $10 (or equivalent local PKR). As soon as your available commission balance reaches $10, you can request a payout or have it sent automatically. Balances below $10 roll over smoothly to the following month until the threshold is met.
• Currency Conversion: Commissions are accounted in USD and converted at fair prevailing interbank market exchange rates on the date of disbursement for local currency payouts.

To maintain a fair, compliant partner ecosystem, all affiliates must strictly adhere to the following operational standards. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

Mandatory Affiliate Disclosure:In compliance with consumer protection and advertising transparency regulations (including FTC guidelines), you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever publicly presenting your Storofy coupon code (e.g., "I may earn a commission if you sign up using my code").

You and Storofy enter into this agreement as independent contracting parties. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Storofy.

You have no authority to accept offers, make commitments, or enter into contracts on behalf of Storofy. You are solely responsible for determining, filing, and paying all applicable local income, sales, or withholding taxes required by your tax jurisdiction on your earned commission payouts.

These Affiliate Terms take effect upon your registration and continue until terminated by either party:

• Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, upon written notification.
• Upon lawful termination without breach, all cleared commission earnings meeting the minimum threshold will be paid out during the next standard billing cycle.
• Storofy reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or program rules by posting updated terms on this page. Continued promotion of your coupon code after updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
